Folk musician and tutor Stu Hanna taught the tune “Trip To The Cottage” to the Hills Rd Vi Form Folk Ensemble, which they performed at their Spring Concert in March 2023.

The tune was collected from fiddle player and farm labourer Stephen Poll in the village of Tilney St Lawrence in January 1905. See our resource page for that village for the music score.
