There is a Travelodge just outside of Stowmarket, a short drive from the centre of town. The Limes Hotel in Needham Market is a short walk to the railway station which runs to Stowmarket (01449 763651). Alternatively, there is more choice in Bury St Edmunds. Trains run directly from Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Norwich, Needham Market and Ipswich and it’s a short walk from the station into the town centre of Stowmarket.
